When things get under my skin, they manifest in the physical and my skin breaks out. This time was off the chain, my Eczema was all over my entire body verse one concentrated area and I got hormonal acne. I took a step back. Gave myself some grace and some time to reconnect with myself. It wasn’t easy, but I surrendered to the change, just like the seasons do. Spring has sprung! My mind feels clearer, and my skin is following suit. It’s a beautiful reminder that even when things get tough, there’s always a chance to bloom again. Here’s to acceptance, new seasons, and embracing all the phases.

To sin is to miss the mark. If the aim is to be better, one must have precise aim and focus . No distractions, no filling empty spaces and running around it. It takes tremendous courage. The weak fold to base desires and excuses justify ego. This is only further weakening. Healing isn’t a concept in a book, it’s a real life experience that requires us to interact with it directly.

A lot of people on the collective level have been feeling the recent shifts. Headaches, sleepiness, unexplainable emotions abrupting like a volcano, are all things that I’ve experienced. The collective is going through a major equinox shift! Take out the “f” in shift, is what it feels like . I found myself having old issues that resurfaced internally. These senseless ideas the mind can come up with are rooted in self-drowning destructive thoughts; which lead to sabotaging behaviors and distorted thinking. 😣 Luckily over 8 years ago I started to write in my journal, which eventually turned into my book “FROM FEAR TO FREEDOM”.
